is a 48 - month cultural change journey that transforms
an organization into a Freedom-Based, TransAction Zone
behaving culture.

The Shared Values Process®/Operating
System (SVP®/OS)
provides the instructionally designed tools and facilitation
you need to Create Great Customer TransActions
in all aspects of your business. Great Customer
TransActions means that every member of your operation
is someone who is both accountable and responsible to
"make the transAction." Emphasizing Shared Values and
the standards of conduct based on these universal values,
your organization grows beyond simple success to greatness.
The Journey is comprised of five stages. The
basic vehicle for this transformation is the people
within the operation. A heavy emphasis is placed on
a unique Train-The-Trainer approach for both fast-track
professionals and non-supervisory informal leaders.

In STAGE 1, the
organization defines their TransAction ZoneTM
philosophy as they move away from control-based
thinking. |

STAGE 2 establishes
a Shared Values culture. |
| |
During STAGES 3,
the operation teaches everyone the meaning of taking
personal responsibility and then expects all staff
members to meet their personal commitments. |

Stage 4 introduces
the operation to new ways of looking at the current
systems and structural designs that have supported
top-down thinking in the past [what we call Inside-Out
Thinking.] Replacing this thinking with "Outside-In-Thinking"
creates TransAction PointsTM
and removes TransAction BlocksTM
by teaching and expecting Personal Accountability
from everyone. This commitment moves an organization
from a control-based operation to Freedom-BasedTM
beliefs and behaviors. During Stage 4, the organization
designs their new Shared Values/TransAction Zone
environment with a redesign that focuses on Customer
CentrixTM thinking,
or what we call "Outside-In Thinking." |

In STAGE 5, Advanced-TransAction
Zone skills are taught. Entrepreneurial IntelligenceTM
is the balance between three competing elements
of individual and organizational approaches to problems,
challenges and opportunities. |
These five stages are the enduring elements
of the Shared Values Process®. Once embedded
within the philosophy and culture of the organization,
this new belief system transforms the operation
into a Customer-Centered TransAction Zone environment
and fuels its success.
