purchase by HR professionals to be integrated into workshops,
seminars and curriculum.
 |
Team Role Assessment
The Team Role AssessmentTM
determines an individual's role on a team as a collector,
connector, persuader or visionary leader. This is
also used as a tool to select members of a balanced
team. |
 |
Personal Work Style Assessment
The Personal Work Style AssessmentTM
provides a glimpse of work styles that are typically
found in most workplaces. Once completed, this assessment
helps individuals understand how their work style
contributes to the overall productivity of their
department and organization. This assessment is
most useful as a snapshot of an individual's present
mix of behaviors. Depending on how participants
are currently experiencing their workplace, their
behavior and perceptions may change. Scores may
validate, surprise or challenge an individual's
self-perception. |
 |
TransAction Zone Assessment
The Transaction Zone AssessmentTM
measures the combination of four main drivers of
customer transactions in an organization: product,
price, process and customers. Once this assessment
is completed, participants compare their answers
with co-workers to arrive at a consensus of the
percentage for each of the four drivers. This generates
a discussion about how transactions look from the
customer's point of view. |
 |
Wise Counsel Feedback
This is a self-development tool for Wise Counsels.
It is designed solely for the purpose of helping
Wise Counsels develop their skills in counseling
and coaching and in being a resource provider, visionary
leader, and financial steward. This tool is never
used as part of a performance review, job promotion
review, or compensation assessment. |
 |
Workplace Behavior Inventory
This tool inventories forty workplace behaviors,
divided into ten categories, which identify damaging
workplace behaviors. The inventory is intended to
help individuals choose strategies that will improve
workplace relationships. |
 |
The Accountability Survey
The Accountability SurveyTM
provides a "snapshot" of an organization's approach
to accountability. To get an accurate measure, we
suggest that a cross section of people in an organization
complete the survey. |
 |
Individual Accountability Agreement
The Individual Accountability AgreementTM
allows individuals to review their job design and
then agree to be accountable to their Wise Counsel,
team, and customers regarding daily, weekly, and
monthly projects and tasks. |
 |
Wise Counsel Self-Assessment
This self-assessment is designed to help individuals
measure their progress toward becoming Wise Counsels.
By using the first results of the self-assessment,
participants establish a benchmark against which
they can gauge progress. Repeating the self-assessment
helps determine action steps for a Wise Counsel
Self-Development Plan. This self-assessment is personal
and confidential. Results need not be shared with
anyone. |
 |
Personal Accountability Quotient
The Personal Accountability Quotient SurveyTM
measures your ability and willingness to be personally
accountable for your choices and for the results
you produce in your present work environment. |
 |
Entrepreneurial Behavior Profile (EIBPTM)
The Entrepreneurial Entrepreneurial Behavior ProfileTM
helps individuals and organizations "balance" the
talents of their people. Three major behaviors in
our intelligence are our logical talents, creative
talents and our practical talents for responding
to opportunities and challenges that we face on
the job every day. Additionally, this profile tests
for four additional elements in our behaviors: TransAction
Focus or service orientation; Values-guided, or
how we respond from a values perspective; levels
of personal responsibility; and the willingness
for involvement and accountability. |
 |
TransAction Zone Team Readiness Survey (TZTRTM)
The TransAction Zone Team Readiness SurveyTM
is designed to help your organization determine
whether it is ready to implement Self-Managing TransAction
Zone TeamsTM.
The survey reviews managers, supervisors, workers,
and the organization's culture and systems. Five
score ranges include: 'Low Readiness' to 'High Readiness'.
This tool is a wonderful way to begin the assessment
process for moving to a Freedom-Based TransAction
Zone workplace. |
