A versatile and articulate professional, Lisa Nekich has over 25 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry, working with clients in the financial services, manufacturing, retail, print and broadcast media, medical products, and food industries. She has demonstrated success in business development; client relationship management; building and leading consulting practices; coaching, mentoring and training; and creating and delivering plans that produce highly effective sales professionals.

Most recently, Lisa was a managing director of Aon Risk Services, a Fortune 500 company. While at Aon, she worked with organizations in a wide variety of industries to assess their risk management needs; deliver claims, risk control, and actuarial/analytics services; and assist them in reaching their business goals, such as decreasing the costs of claims and increasing bottom-line results.

In 1994, Lisa was honored as the Minnesota Insurance Professional of the Year. For several years, Lisa was one of Aon's top national salespeople, and in 1993 she was honored as Salesperson of the Year for the Aon Minnesota office. Lisa also served as president of the Minnesota chapter of Professional Insurance Women.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Lisa and her husband of over 30 years currently reside in Minneapolis. Lisa also has lived in the Boston and Chicago metropolitan areas.
