Peter Dove, President of Shared Values Associates, Inc., is a dynamic speaker, culturist and leadership/management consultant whose extensive background is in corporate culture design. Peter travels the U.S., working in the area of shared values. This invaluable and proven principle-centered process is used by over 250 corporations to focus both on employee and customer needs. Organizations maximize financial performance and continuous improvement through employees who volunteer their hearts and minds. He teaches that high performance is built through balancing Business Values^TM and People Values^TM. Peter's goal is to create heroic work environments so that both employee and employer get more of what they want.

Born in the Seattle area, Peter is a 1974 graduate of the University of Washington School of Business. He has completed numerous management and sales training schools in the fields of insurance, securities, human development and workplace improvement. Prior to his professional consulting career, Peter worked with Massachusetts Mutual and then as a stockbroker with Dain Rauscher RBC. Though his family has maintained a presence on Wall Street since 1849, he left the securities business in 1985 to pursue a management-consulting career.

From 1985 to 1990, Peter worked with Lou Tice, author of A Better World A Better You, Smart Talk and The Pacific Institute's Investment in Excellence program designed to improve thinking skills. The next five years were spent with author Dr. Stephen Covey, implementing The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People curriculum. Since 1995, Peter has consulted with senior management in both small and large organizations exclusively in the third generation training called Shared Values^®. He is now a distributor and authorized representative of The Shared Values Process^®/Operating System. Shared Values^® was created by Rob Lebow who is the author of three books:

Peter is 51 years old, enjoys a wonderful family life with his wife of 25 years, Kathleen, and their four daughters. He enjoys skiing, tennis, squash, golf, soccer and hiking. The Doves live in Kirkland, Washington and attend Eastside Foursquare Church.
