
| Bill Guinn has worked in the sales and training arenas for over 35 years, specializing in the automotive, marine and sports industries. He has been intimately involved with the Shared Values Process since 1992 when he introduced the Heroic Environment to Acura of Bellevue, Washington. He then completed installing the Shared Values Process at three additional dealerships in the Seattle area over the next four years. Bill has also helped facilitate the Shared Values Process at Aramco IT in Saudi Arabia.
Bill’s auto industry experience includes being the general manager/partner at Acura, BMW, Subaru and VW dealerships in the Seattle area. Bill is an NADA Dealer Academy graduate and was the first recipient of the AIADA’s Minuteman Award for Heroic Excellence in Grassroots Action, acknowledging his successful efforts to repeal the federal luxury tax.
Bill also served as general manager/sales manager for Sea Ray Boats, implementing many automobile practices and running the dealership on honesty, integrity and truth. His efforts resulted in a four-fold increase in sales volume. He is a graduate of Spader Company’s Marine Dealer Management School and holds a degree from Mercury University’s Total Customer Management program.
Bill holds a BA in economics from the University of Puget Sound and studied finance at The Graduate School of the University of Southern California. Bill was born and raised in the Seattle area, where he lives today.
